In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar.

Then add the egg, melted butter, milk and rum essence. Mix all ingredients well with a spatula.

Then add the raisins and mix again.

Place in a tray with a teaspoon, with space between the biscuits so as not to stick to the baking. We leave them in the hot oven for about 10 minutes, after which we take them out with the pallet and leave them to cool on a wooden bottom.

The next day they are even better.

On top of that, the recipe for rye biscuits is worth the more tried, the healthier the biscuits are: I used spelled wheat flour and rye flour, both with a lower glycemic index than white wheat flour, brown sugar and molasses. yes when butter (a source of saturated fat and cholesterol) and sugar are considered healthy foods?

I could answer something like that ”since my grandfather lived his life consuming bread with butter and tea with sugar (white) all his existence. Which lasted 96 years. ” For me, so many years of health would be a bit too many, so I will try to argue: compare these biscuits with any product bought in the store, one of the hundreds, maybe thousands of assortments that you will find inscribed terms like emulsifier, identical natural flavors, partially hydrogenated fats, anti-caking, EI don `t know how much and so on Between consuming those products (which people not only buy and eat, but also give to children at school instead of the package) and these biscuits, what would you choose? Haven't you heard that butter & # 8211 is a source of saturated fat and cholesterol, how do you say it's ten times more beneficial to the human body than margarine anyway? Just like any product natural, compared to a processed one? Not that brown sugar has a lower glycemic index than white sugar and that it is processed much less? Isn't wholemeal flour healthier than white flour? I could go on, but I'm afraid I'm too busy for too little.

Please tell me why the composition is cut when I add the egg.
Where am I wrong with that. It seems to straighten when I add flour but it still doesn't seem clear to me with this cut & # 8230.

In fact, it is a very good recipe. and I replaced the sugar on top with almond flakes

In a bowl, place the peeled bananas and mash them with a fork. You don't have to make puree, if there are small pieces of banana left, it's perfect. Add the oatmeal, the larger chopped chocolate and the raisins.

Mix enough to homogenize the composition.

Cover a tray with baking paper and place the biscuits in the tray with a spoon. 12 pieces come out.

Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes at 180 ° C, until they lightly brown on the edges. Let them cool before eating them. Enjoy!

COFFEE BISCUITS

I prepared for today with Nichiduță.ro a new simple and quick recipe!

The raisin cookies come out tender and incredibly good and I gladly invite you to try it!

180g white grade flour
80g diced cold butter
a spoonful of sugar (optional or depending on preferences)
4 tablespoons milk
100g raisins

Mix the flour with the sugar then add the butter and knead with your fingertips until you get a sandy dough. Add the milk with the raisins and knead until you get a dough that binds. If the raisins are softer, there is no need to leave them hydrated.

We put the dough in a plastic wrap and give it the shape of a salami stick.

Put the stick in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

When the bar has hardened perfectly, cut it slightly into 1 cm thick slices. Put the biscuits in the tray on baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes or until they start to brown slightly on the edges.

They come out fragile and incredibly good! Great appetite!

Nichiduta.ro is Flaveur's partner with a very large and very varied range of over 1,000 products available that you can purchase at extraordinary prices.

You can buy many of these products with significant price reductions and I warmly invite you not to miss them!

Chocolate and raisin cookies

Because we have made this kind of dessert on other occasions and because we really liked it, I thought of playing with the ingredients and creating something somewhat similar keeping the idea of biscuits but with other flavors, so they came out these Biscuits with chocolate and raisins.

I took the butter out of the fridge earlier to soften it slightly and heated the oven, then I started the biscuits.

In a bowl I put the butter at room temperature together with the sugar and I mixed them well until the sugar almost melted completely.

I then added eggs one by one, mixing well after each one, then I added the essences, wholemeal flour mixed with baking powder, coconut and oatmeal and I mixed this composition well. At the end I added the raisins and the chocolate cut into small pieces.

After all the ingredients were well incorporated, I prepared a tray lined with baking paper and with the help of a spoon for ice cream (maybe by hand or with a normal teaspoon) I took the dough and placed the cookies on the tray at a distance to the other because they still stretch it when baked.

I put the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the biscuits are brown on the edges.

After removing them from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan because they are hot, they are also very fragile and you risk breaking them.
